Unspoken Letters

Your safe space for the grief questions you can't ask anywhere else.

We all carry grief that feels too complicated, too "wrong," or too misunderstood to share openly. The loss of friendships, identity shifts, dreams that died, cultural transitions, relationship endings - these unspoken griefs deserve witness and care too.

Every Friday, I answer one letter on instagram with the compassion and expertise you deserve. No judgment. No timelines. No pressure to "get over it." The chosen letter will always be anonymous.

Submit your letter, it can be completely anonymously. Share what's really weighing on your heart. Ask the questions that keep you up at night. Tell me about the grief that has no name or the loss that others don't understand.

Your pain is valid. Your timeline is yours. Your story matters.

While I feature one letter each Friday on social media, I attempt to answer all letters in our Letters of Light newsletter - so even if your letter isn't selected for the weekly spotlight, you'll still receive guidance and support.

This is where unspoken grief finally gets spoken.

Your pain is valid. Your timeline is yours. Your story matters.

This is where unspoken grief finally gets spoken.

Love letter
